I've Lost My Ash Echoes Account
SSO or Single Sign-On allows you to sign up using accounts from Facebook, Google, or Discord.
Noctua Email refers to an email account registered on noctua.gg.
I was already playing on a guest account, but when I tried to bind it with SSO, the connection didn’t work properly, and I lost access to my previous guest account.
If you encounter a case like this, don’t worry! Just try switching back to the guest account. Your account should still be there.
If you want to bind with Noctua Email
You can bind your guest account using the same email.
If you want to bind with SSO
You must bind your guest account using another email never registered with Noctua.
I tried to bind my guest account using Discord or Facebook, but afterward, my progress restarted from the beginning, and I couldn't find my original account. I lost my progress!

As we know, SSO has 3 login methods: Facebook, Google, and Discord. You can also log in using Noctua Email. In other words, you can log in using 4 different methods: Facebook, Google, Discord, and Noctua Email. Each of these login methods will have separate progress. So, if you’re facing this issue, please make sure to log in using the same method as before to continue your progress.
