I Have Not Received My Pre-Download Rewards

Registered email is the email that has been registered on the Pre-Download Website

I already registered on the pre-download website, but I have yet received my pre-download rewards.

Please be aware that you need to use the email you registered on the pre-download website. If you bind your account with another another email address you will not be able to claim your prize.

Upon binding your guest account with your registered account you will receive the pre-download rewards in your in-game mailbox within 24 hours. If it has exceeded 24 hours, please contact us and we'll gladly assist you.
