How can I keep my account safe?

Mistakes like weak passwords or lapses in judgment can let others access your email. By enabling 2FA for your email account, you can keep control even if someone else gets in. Remember, your Noctua Account is only as secure as the email you use to register it!
Never share your account with anyone.
Once someone has access to your account, it can be tough to fully remove them. They may try to impersonate you to regain access. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact Support immediately. Sharing accounts is against our Terms of Service and could result in a ban.
Don’t share details about yourself or your account in chat.
Sharing personal information risks your privacy and account security. Innocent questions can be used to gather details to impersonate you and access your accounts.
Don't share your Verification Codes with anyone.
Scammers may impersonate Noctua Support to get your verification code. We will never ask for your Verification Code unexpectedly.
Don't try to recover your friend's account for them.
Trying to recover other players' accounts is considered phishing. We can't verify if your friend asked for your help. Have your friend contact Support themselves.
